Reading From Daniel 7-9

“I saw in the night visions,

and behold, with the clouds of heaven
    there came one like a son of man,
and he came to the Ancient of Days
    and was presented before him.
And to him was given dominion
    and glory and a kingdom,
that all peoples, nations, and languages
    should serve him;
his dominion is an everlasting dominion,
    which shall not pass away,
and his kingdom one
    that shall not be destroyed.”

–Daniel 7:13-14

     Time and space are not limitations known to the Kingdom of God.  The children of God are being gathered from all over the world.  When those walking in darkness choose to trust in Him, the light of His truth and love draws them in and they are spiritually baptized in the blood of Jesus Christ into His universal Church.  His Kingdom is a spiritual one which extends to wherever authority has been surrendered to Him.  His Church is comprised of every girl, boy, woman and man who has been born again by His Spirit.  Because His sons and daughters have been given eternal life and are sealed to Him as partakers of His Divine Nature, His Kingdom will never end. 

“Lord, thank You for the blessed assurance we have in knowing that we are sealed to You for time and eternity.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against us.  In You, we enjoy safety and security and peace.”

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”
